The Funk And The Bread
We did manage to get the Christmas tree and decorations up, but aside from that there was not much celebrating for Patti and I. So sorry Jesus. We had the winter funk and basically bowed out of all festivities. The one bright spot for me was that I took up sourdough bread making. My niece Hannah inspired me and gave me a package of starter. I was tentative at first but after many, and I mean many, YouTube video I jumped in. I actually nailed it pretty good my first go round and I’ll have to say it is damn good eating. And you don’t feel guilty gobbling it down as the ingredients are only Organic Bread Flour, Himalayan Sea Salt and Purified Water. That’s it. If you love bread and you like to tinker in the kitchen give it a go. And it’s just another reason why Patti thinks I’m a Super Hero. Haha.
